Briley Ann Masolak is 17 years old and has been dancing with Indiana Ballet Theatre for six years, five of those studying Ballet and Pointe and all six studying Modern and Jazz. Presently a member of Company 1, she has danced five years of The Nutcracker in various roles, including Clara in 2008, and the past four years of the Spring IBT performances. Briley had three years of experience; one year of tumbling, one year of gymnastics, and one year of competition dance prior to attending IBT. Briley has had many wonderful opportunities, including dancing with The Moscow Ballet, and has attended many different dance schools and workshops to improve on her dancing, technique, and skill. She is in her Junior year at Crown Point High School where she is an honor student, sings in the choir, is involved in various clubs, and participates in the Drama Department productions.
