As a resident member of IBT, Bailee began dance at the early age of 3. She began her studies with Imperial Dance Studio in 1991, and joined Indiana Ballet Theatre in 1995. Bailee has also twirled baton for numerous years under Judy Griffin. Her dance specialties include ballet, modern, jazz, tap, and contemporary. Bailee has staged various performances including Nutcracker, Peter Pan, Firebird, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Swan Lake, Gaite Parisienne, Cabaret, Chicago, Grease, and many other events throughout the years. Favorite roles include Clara in The Nutracker, Ruby Fire Fairy in Sleeping Beauty, and Swanilda in Coppelia.
